| 摘要:对纸品(含淀粉)进行热水抽提,利用淀粉遇到碘生成蓝色络合物的特性,测定其在最大吸收波长处的吸光度,从而建立了一种快速测定纸品中淀粉含量的方法。该方法精密度好,工作曲线相关性好,检出限0.02%。 |
| Abstract:A spectrophotometric method was established to determine the content of starch in paper. Starch was extracted by hot water, then the extract was reacted with iodine to form a blue-green colored complex,the absorbance of solution was measured at peak value of wavelength. This method has a good precision and rather high recovery. The detection limit is 0.02%. |
