| 摘要:介绍了自行开发和研制的新一代脱墨浮选设备。实际应用结果表明，脱墨浮选槽能够有效地去除油墨颗粒、提高白度约8~10个百分点，清水用量少，纸浆纤维流失比较少（理论上仅为废纸总量的5%左右），脱墨浆抄造的纸张物理强度较好。 |
| Abstract:A recently developed new generation of flotation equipment was introduced. It is efficient to remove the hydrophobic materials such as the ink particles, stickies in the de-inking pulp. The results of application of the flotation tank indicated that the ink particles were removed efficiently, brightness of the de-inked pulp increased about 8~10 ISO points with less fresh water consumption and less fiber lose which was about 5%of the pulp theoretically. |
