| 摘要:分析了在役烘缸轴承故障的危害，以及纸机干燥部运行、烘缸轴承相配部件和润滑因素对烘缸轴承可靠性的影响。从烘缸轴承的合理选择、烘缸轴承的润滑系统设计、干燥部设计和改进方面讨论了在役烘缸轴承故障的防范技术。 |
| Abstract:The hazards, causes and prevention of the failure of the dryer bearings in service were summarized. The influences of papermaking process, the matching parts for dryer bearings and lubrication factors were analyzed. Failure prevention of the dryer bearings in service was discussed from the aspects of reasonable choice of the bearing, improvement of the designs of lubrication system and dryer section as well as the dryer reliability. |
