| 摘要:在生产特种薄页纸时，通常需要对薄页纸进行表面施胶处理。但该过程通常会增大烘缸负荷，限制造纸机车速，降低生产效率。根据表面施胶的性能要求，通过对传统表面施胶装置进行改造，减小了表面施胶对烘缸干燥能力的影响。 |
| Abstract:Surface sizing is often necessary when special tissue paper is produced, it tends to increase the dryer load, limits the speed of paper machine, and reduces the production efficiency. According to the requirements of the sizing performance, the paper proposed a new tissue paper surface sizing process which effectively dispersed the dryer load, and improved the efficiency of mechanical dewatering, it decreased the influence of sizing process on drying capacity. |
