摘要:介绍了某BCTMP生产线的主要工艺流程、设备特征，探讨了如何通过降低磨浆机磨盘间隙来有效控制BCTMP浆纤维束含量的技术问题。
Abstract:Taiding New-Material Co.,Ltd., Dezhou, Shandong has imported a second hand Bleached-Chemi-Thermo-Mechanical-Pulp (BCTMP) line from Sweden, to produce the pulp used as the furnish of Munkedal Paper, newsprint and supplying for market pulp, as well. The article introduced the main process, machinery characteristics, and discussed the technique of decreasing the disc gap of primary HC refiner to reduce the shive content.
