| 摘要:本研究采用溶胶原位沉积法在微晶纤维素(MCC)表面形成SiO2,制备了硅化微晶纤维素(SMCC)。结果表明,随着共溶剂中异丙醇量的增加,SiO2粒径减小且粒径分布更加均匀;当异丙醇为共溶剂,正硅酸乙酯添加量为0.8 mg/L时,自制SMCC性能最佳;表面被SiO2基本均匀覆盖,且比表面积大于进口SMCC;自制SMCC和原料MCC的整体粒径分布无明显差异,但自制SMCC的各项粉体综合性能指标均优于原料MCC及国产SMCC,且接近于进口SMCC。 |
| Abstract:In this study, sol in-situ deposition method was used to form SiO2 on the surface of microcrystalline cellulose (MCC) to prepare silicified microcrystalline cellulose (SMCC). The results showed that as the amount of isopropanol in the co-solvent increased, the particle size of SiO2 decreased and the particle size distribution became more uniform. When isopropanol was used as co-solvent and ethyl orthosilicate was added at 0.8 mg/L, self-made SMCC had the best performance. The surface of self-made SMCC was basically evenly covered by SiO2, and the specific surface area of SMCC was larger than that of imported SMCC. There was no significant difference in the overall particle size distribution of self-made SMCC and raw MCC, but the comprehensive performance indicators of self-made SMCC were better than raw MCC and domestic SMCC, and were close to imported SMCC. |
