| 摘要:以广西某无碳复写纸生产企业为例,对该企业的无碳复写纸涂料废水采用一级物化(高效废水净化器)、生化(塔式生物滤池)和深度氧化(Fenton氧化法)相结合的处理工艺。结果表明,该工艺对无碳复写纸涂料废水的CODCr去除率达97.8%、BOD5去除率达98.3%、SS去除率达95.9%,处理后的废水水质指标均达到了GB 3544—2008规定的排放标准。 |
| Abstract:Taking a carbonless copy paper manufacturer in Guangxi as an example, the wastewater of carbonless copy paper coating was treated with a combination of primary physicochemical method (high-efficiency wastewater purifier), biochemical method (tower biological filter) and deep oxidation (Fenton oxidation).The results showed that CODCr removal rate of this process was 97.8%, the BOD5 removal rate was 98.3%, and the SS removal rate was 95.9% for wastewater of carbonless copy paper coating.All of quality indicators of the treated wastewater met the discharge standards stipulated in GB 3544—2008. |
