| 摘要:对自主研发国产间位芳纶蜂窝纸的物理性能、高温尺寸稳定性、阻燃特性及树脂结合特性进行研究,同时对其制备的蜂窝芯力学性能及阻燃特性进行表征。结果表明,自制间位芳纶蜂窝纸纵向抗张强度比进口纸张高7.7%,纵向模量比进口纸张高7.1%;主要物理性能与进口纸张基本一致,其中透气度0.004 μm/(Pa·s);此外,产品还具有良好的高温尺寸稳定性、阻燃特性和树脂结合特性,胶液在纸张Z向可实现挂胶而不透胶。制备的间位芳纶蜂窝芯力学性能及阻燃特性均能符合BMS8-124指标,能够满足航空航天等高端装备领域对材料的要求。 |
| Abstract:The physical properties, dimensional stability at high temperature, flame retardant properties and resin bonding properties of domestic meta-aramid honeycomb paper were studied and the mechanical properties and flame retardant properties of the honeycomb core prepared by the meta-aramid honeycomb paper were characterized. The results showed that the longitudinal tensile strength and longitudinal modulus of the homemade honeycomb paper were 7.7% and 7.1% higher than those of the imported honeycomb paper, respectively. The main physical properties were basically the same as those of imported paper, and the air permeability was 0.004 μm/(Pa·s). In addition, the product also had good high temperature dimensional stability, flame retardant characteristics and resin bonding characteristics, and the glue could be hung in the paper Z direction without glue penetration. The mechanical properties and flame retardant properties of the prepared meta-aramid honeycomb core reached the BMS8-124 index, which could meet the requirements of materials in aerospace and other high-end equipment fields. |
