| 摘要:在国家“双碳”目标下,如何进一步降低碳排放和能源成本是当前造纸工业亟待解决的关键问题。干燥部是造纸过程中能耗最集中的部分,本文着眼于纸机干燥部的能耗优化,分别从干燥部设备与技术更新、干燥部系统优化、干燥部能耗预测及优化模型3方面的研究进展进行概述与展望,并对部分代表性研究工作进行了具体分析,以期全面清晰地介绍该领域的研究进展。 |
| Abstract:Under the national “dual carbon” goals, how to further reduce carbon emissions and energy costs is the key issue to be urgently addressed for the paper industry. The drying section is the most energy-intensive part in the papermaking process. Therefore, this paper focused on the optimization of energy consumption in the drying section of paper machines and reviewed the research progress in three related areas including the updates in drying section equipment and technology, the optimization of drying section system, and the prediction and optimization model of drying section energy consumption. Besides, some representative research works were specifically analyzed, in order to introduce the research progress in this field comprehensively and clearly. |
