摘要:本研究采用正丁醇和乙醇2种有机溶剂对玉米芯碱木质素进行分级,得到反应活性高、反应可及性好的木质素组分(F1和F2),以[2-(甲基丙烯酰氧基)3-乙基]三甲基氯化铵(METAC)为接枝单体、偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,通过自由基聚合制备木质素絮凝剂(FX-LBF),探究不同制备条件(METAC用量、反应温度、反应时间)及外部环境(FX-LBF添加量、悬浮液浓度、pH值和共存离子)对FX-LBF絮凝效果的影响。结果表明,在METAC∶FX质量比=6∶1、反应温度50~60 ℃、反应时间3~4 h下制备的FX-LBF絮凝效果最好,其中采用乙醇分级木质素制备的F2-LBF对烟草薄片模拟白水(高岭土悬浮液)的去除率为98.9%,对造纸法烟草薄片生产线浓白水中悬浮物的去除率达98.0%。同时,通过调整外部环境因素发现,烟草薄片模拟白水最优去除率仍能在88.0%以上,表明分级木质素制备的FX-LBF具有良好的环境适应性。 |
Abstract:This paper employed two organic solvents (n-butanol and ethanol) to fractionate corn cob alkaline lignin, yielding lignin components(F1, F2) characterized by high reactivity and excellent accessibility for reactions. Utilizing 2-(methacryloyloxy) 3-ethyl trimethylammonium chloride (METAC) as the grafting monomer and azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN) as the initiator, lignin flocculant (FX-LBF) was synthesized through free radical polymerization. This paper explored the effects of various preparation conditions (METAC dosage, recation temperature, and recation time) and external environmental factors (FX-LBF dosage, suspension concentration, pH value, and coexisting ions) on the flocculation efficacy of FX-LBF. The results showed that FX-LBF prepared with METAC∶FX mass ratio of 6∶1, reaction temperature of 50~60 ℃, and reaction time of 3~4 h exhibited the optimal flocculation performance. Notably, the removal rate of F2-LBF prepared with ethanol graded lignin on simulated white water of reconstituted tobacco sheets (Kaolin suspension) was 98.9%, and the removal rate of suspended matter in concentrated white water of reconstituted tobacco sheets production line was 98.0%. Furthermore, by modulating external environmental variables, it was observed that the optimal removal rate for reconstituted tobacco sheets simulated white water remained above 88.0%, indicating that FX-LBF prepared from graded lignin possessed robust environmental adaptability. |
