摘要:本研究以平衡含水率表征稠浆法烟草薄片的吸湿性,通过控制变量法探究了外加纤维打浆度、纤维种类、烟粉粒径以及填料种类对烟草薄片吸湿性的影响,并优化稠浆法烟草薄片的制备工艺。结果表明,外加纤维打浆度、纤维种类以及烟粉粒径对烟草薄片吸湿性影响较小;对比5种无机填料,发现添加膨润土能有效降低烟草薄片平衡含水率,改善吸湿性;当稠浆中膨润土用量为0~2.0%时,随着膨润土用量的增加,烟草薄片的平衡含水率降低,当膨润土在稠浆中的用量为1.5%时,烟草薄片在相对湿度50%、60%和70%下其平衡含水率较未添加膨润土薄片分别降低了16.7%、15.5%和13.5%,制备的卷烟在发烟量、烟香方面与原片相近。
Abstract:This study characterized the moisture absorption of slurry-type reconstituted tobacco sheets using the equilibrium moisture content, and explored the effects of added fiber beating degree, fiber types, tobacco powder particle size, and inorganic filler types on the moisture absorption of the reconstituted tobacco sheets using the method of controlled variables. The study also optimized the preparation process of slurry-type reconstituted tobacco sheets. The results showed that the effects of added fiber beating degree, fiber types, and tobacco powder particle size on the moisture absorption of reconstituted tobacco sheets were small. Among the 5 inorganic fillers, adding bentonite was found to be effective in reducing the equilibrium moisture content of reconstituted tobacco sheets and improving its moisture absorption. As the concentration of bentonite in the thick paste increased from 0 to 2.0%, the equilibrium moisture content of the reconstituted tobacco sheets decreased. When the dosage of bentonite in the thick paste was 1.5%, the equilibrium moisture content of the reconstituted tobacco sheets were 16.7%, 15.5%, and 13.5%, respectively lower than that of the original sheet (without bentonite) at the relative humidity of 50%, 60%, and 70%. The cigarette made by the reconstituted tobacco sheet had similar burning rate and fragrance to the original cigarette.
