摘要:以竹材化学热磨机械浆(CTMP)为原料,利用PFI磨浆机对其进行机械精浆处理,探讨了精浆处理对纸浆纤维形态、湿部化学特性及其纸张性能的影响。结果表明,机械精浆处理降低了纤维的平均长度,提高了细小纤维含量及其留着率,纸浆的溶解电荷量增加,但是纸浆的滤水性、Zeta电位和酸性基团含量下降;同时,精浆处理改善了纸张的抗张指数、耐破指数以及初始湿抗张指数。当纸浆打浆度由15 °SR提高到40 °SR时,纤维质均长度从0.788 mm下降到0.459 mm,细小纤维含量从6.30%提高到7.30%,细小纤维留着率从93.5%提高到96.0%,纸浆的溶解电荷量从1.325 μeq/g增加到2.010 μeq/g,但其Zeta电位绝对值从75.4 mV下降至53.2 mV,降低了29.4%,纸张抗张指数从6.55 N·m/g增加到9.81 N·m/g,初始湿抗张指数从0.271 N·m/g提高至0.290 N·m/g,分别提高了49.8%和7.0%。 |
Abstract:The effects of mechanical refining of bamboo chemithermomechanical pulp (CTMP) by PFI refiner on fiber morphology, wet-end chemistry and paper properties were discussed. The results showed that the mechanical refining decreased the mean length-weighted of fiber, increased the content of fines and its retention, increased the dissolved charge of pulp, but decreased the drainability, Zeta potential and acid groups content of pulp. Meanwhile, the tensile index, bursting index and initial wet tensile index of the paper were improved due to the refining treatment. When the beating degree of pulp increased from 15 °SR to 40 °SR, the mean length-weighted of fiber was decreased from 0.788 mm to 0.459 mm, the content of fines was increased from 6.30% to 7.30%, the retention rate of fines was increased from 93.5% to 96.0%, the dissolved charge of the pulp was increased from 1.325 μeq/g to 2.010 μeq/g. However, the Zeta potential decreased from an absolute value of 75.4 mV to 53.2 mV, decreased by 29.4%. The tensile index of the paper was increased from 6.55 N·m/g to 9.81 N·m/g, and the initial wet tensile index was increased from 0.271 N·m/g to 0.290 N·m/g, with relative increases of 49.8% and 7.0%, respectively. |
