摘要:本研究提出了一种利用磨损棒在线测量磨片磨损的方法。采用电阻法对Q235低碳钢、40Cr合金钢、HSS高速钢和高铬合金钢4种不同磨损棒材料进行微小磨损的间接检测,探究了不同材料、不同形状高铬合金钢下电压(U)与磨损量(X)之间的关系,分析电流对U-X曲线的影响,建立电压与磨损量关系的二次回归模型。结果表明,在给定电流下,4种材料以及不同形状高铬合金钢的U-X曲线整体均呈现增长趋势;随着磨损量增加,方形和圆柱形高铬合金钢的电压均匀且上升幅度大。电流基本不影响方形和圆柱形高铬合金钢的U-X曲线变化趋势。圆柱形高铬合金钢磨损预测的性能指标均方根误差(RMSE)、平均绝对误差(MAE)分别为0.005 68、0.004 66。 |
Abstract:A method was proposed for online measurement of grinding plate wear using a wear rod. Indirect detection of micro wear of different wear rod materials such as Q235 low carbon steel, 40Cr alloy steel, HSS high-speed steel, and high chrome alloy steel were carried out using the resistance method, and the relationship between voltage (U) and wear amount (X) under different materials and shapes of high chrome alloy steel was explored. The effect of current on the U-X curve was also investigated, and a quadratic regression model was established to describe the relationship between U and X. The results showed that under a given current, the U-X curves of the four materials and different shapes of high chrome alloy steel exhibited an overall increasing trend. As the wear increases, the voltage of square and cylindrical high chrome alloy steel increased uniformly and significantly. The current basically did not affect the U-X curve variation trend of square and cylindrical high chrome alloy steel. The performance indicators RMSE and MAE for predicting the wear of cylindrical high chrome alloy steel were 0.005 68 and 0.004 66, respectively. |
