古代纸张黄色植物染料的质谱鉴别研究

摘要:本研究选用姜黄、栀子、槐花、大黄、黄檗、黄连等一系列黄色植物染料,对现代传统手工竹纸染色,并制成标样,以北京大学图书馆藏李盛铎藏书中的2种黄色书衣纸张样品为测试样,分别用电喷雾-质谱技术分析检测2种古纸的染料种类。结果表明,通过不同植物染料染色所制标样的质谱结果,利用不同染料中上染化合物分子质量的差异,可以区分鉴定出2种测试样中黄色植物染料的种类,二者均为槐花。初步证明电喷雾-质谱能够分析鉴别古代纸张的黄色植物染料。
Abstract:In this study, a series of yellow plant dyes, which were TurmericGardeniaSophora japonicaRhubarbPhellodendron amurense, and Coptis chinensis, were used to dye modern traditional handmade bamboo paper as standard samples, and two yellow book cover paper samples collected by Li Shengduo in Peking University Library were used as test samples for analysis and detection by electrospray mass spectrometry. The results showed that the types of yellow plant dyes in the two kinds of test samples could be distinguished and identified, by analyzing the mass spectrometry results of standard samples stained with different plant dyes, and utilizing the differences in molecular weight of dye compounds in different dyes, both of which were sophora japonica. It was preliminarily proved that electrospray mass spectrometry could analyze and identify the yellow plant dyes in ancient paper.
