摘要:为研究白水循环对烟草薄片产品品质的影响,分析了烟草薄片生产过程中不同白水循环回用天数下水质、基片物理性能及卷烟烟支感官品质的变化情况。结果表明,随着白水循环回用天数的增加,白水中不溶物、可溶物及不溶物中碳酸钙含量逐渐增加,增加幅度为可溶物含量>不溶物含量>不溶物中碳酸钙含量,其中可溶物含量呈现稳定的线性增长趋势;白水pH值逐渐下降,阳离子需求量逐渐上升,氨氮含量和菌落总数均逐渐上升,且后期上升速度加快;白水电导率呈现显著的对数增长的趋势。此外,随着白水循环回用天数的增加,基片松厚度和抗张指数均逐渐减小,碳酸钙含量逐渐增大,柔软度先减小后增大。白水循环回用2天后,制备的烟草薄片卷制烟支的感官品质开始逐渐下降,从第5天开始,感官品质显著下降。 |
Abstract:For researching the effects of white water recycling on qualities of reconstituted tobacco sheet, the changes of qualities of white water, physical properties of base sheet, and sensory properties of cigarette rods at different white water recycling days were analyzed in the production process of reconstituted tobacco sheet. The results showed that the content of insoluble substances and soluble substances in white water, as well as calcium carbonate in insoluble substances all gradually increased, with the increasing of white water recycling days, and the increase rate was soluble substance content > insoluble substance content > calcium carbonate content in insoluble substance. Among them, soluble substance content grew with a stable linear trend. Besides, the pH value of white water decreased gradually, the cationic demand and the ammonia nitrogen content and colonies number of white water increased gradually and rev up in the later period, and the electrical conductivity showed a significant logarithmic growth trend. The bulk and tensile index of base sheet both decreased gradually, the calcium carbonate content increased gradually, and the softness firstly decreased and then increased. After 2 days of white water recycling, the sensory quality of prepared reconstituted tobacco cigarette rods began to decrease, and from the 5th day onwards, the sensory quality decreased significantly. |
