摘要:以100%漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆为原料制备纱线纸,探究了制备工艺和浸渍水性聚氨酯(WPU)在增强纱线纸机械性能方面的作用。结果表明,当纤维打浆度为45 °SR,阳离子淀粉(CS)、两性聚丙烯酰胺(AmPAM)和聚酰胺环氧氯丙烷(PAE)添加量分别为1.0%、0.5‰和1.0%,纤维素微纤丝(MFC)添加量为0.5%,WPU浸渍量为0.5 g/m2时,制备的纱线纸具有最佳的机械性能,纵向抗张指数和横向抗张指数分别为118和23.8 N·m/g,纵向断裂伸长率为4.3%。 |
Abstract:Yarn paper was prepared using 100% bleached kraft softwood pulp as raw the material, and the effects of preparation technology and waterborne polyurethane (WPU) impregnation on the mechanical properties of yarn paper were investigated. The results showed that the optimal mechanical properties were obtained when the fiber beating degree reached 45 °SR, the dosage of cationic starch (CS), amphoteric polyacrylamide (AmPAM) and polyamide epichlorohydrin (PAE) was 1.0%, 0.5‰ and 1.0% respectively, the dosage of MFC was 0.5%, and the amount of WPU impregnated was 0.5 g/m2. The longitudinal tensile index and transverse tensile index of the yarn paper prepared under these conditions were 118 and 23.8 N·m/g, respectively, and the longitudinal elongation at break was 4.3%. |
