摘要:为研究档案灭菌杀虫方法对纸张物理性能强度指标是否有影响,方法一油樟生物复合法,分别将装有1950年出版旧书刊纸、1987年出版旧书刊纸、1988年出版旧书刊纸、2024年静电复印纸的标准档案盒置于喷洒过量油樟生物复合剂的密闭空间内密闭7天;方法二低温冷冻法,将4种纸样分别置于-20 ℃冷冻10天,-50 ℃冷冻24 h。2种方法处理后测定纸张的抗张强度、裂断长、伸长率、耐折度、撕裂度和耐破度。结果表明,纸张物理强度指标经油樟生物复合法与低温冷冻法处理后最大负变化率分别为0.89%、0.91%,最大正变化率分别为0.73%、0.99%;纸张纤维素聚合度经油樟生物复合法处理后最大负变化率为1.98%,最大正变化率为0.98%。表明纸张经2种灭菌杀虫方法处理后的物理性能强度指标及纤维素聚合度变化均不显著,同时经红外光谱分析,处理前后纸张化学结构无明显变化。
Abstract:The effects of sterilization and pest control methods of archives on the physical properties and strength indicators of paper were investigated in this paper. Method 1(oil camphor bio-composites method): standard archive boxes containing 1950 published old book and magazine paper, 1987 published old book and magazine paper, 1988 published old book and magazine paper, and 2024 electrostatic photocopy paper were placed in a sealed space spraying with excessive camphor bio-compound for 7 days, respectively. Method 2(low temperature freezing method): Four types of paper were feezed at -20 ℃ for 10 days and at -50 ℃ for 24 hours, respectively. Both physical properties (the tensile strength, fracture length, elongation, tear strength, burst strength, and flexural strength) of the processed paper samples by the two methods and blank group paper samples were measured. The results showed that the maximum negative change rates of the physical properties and strength indicators of the paper sample after being treated with camphor biocomposite agent and low temperature freezing were 0.89% and 0.91%, respectively, and the maximum positive change rates were 0.73% and 0.99%, respectively. The maximum negative change rate and maximum positive change rate of the polymerization degree of the paper sample cellulose after treatment with camphor bio-composite agent were 1.98% and 0.98%, respectively. The physical properties, strength indicators, and cellulose polymerization degree of the paper treated with two sterilization and insecticide methods showed no significant changes. At the same time, fourier transform infrared spectroscopy analysis showed no significant changes in the chemical structure of the paper sample before and after treatment.
