摘要:质子交换膜燃料电池因其高效率、低噪音和无污染等优点备受关注,但现在仍存在水管理系统复杂、介质传输能力弱、使用寿命短、稳定性差、催化剂成本高等诸多问题亟待解决,优化碳纸基气体扩散层性能成为提高燃料电池效率和使用寿命的关键。本文综述了近年来碳纸基气体扩散层(GDL)的研究进展,涵盖了激光穿孔、图案化设计的新型GDL制备工艺,通过石墨烯、纳米纤维等改性碳纸来提升机械强度、导电性、空隙均匀性、分级多孔结构等,利用特氟龙疏水剂改善碳纸的水管理和传质性能,以期对未来质子交换膜燃料电池的发展提供借鉴和思路。
Abstract:Proton exchange membrane fuel cells(PEMFCs) have attracted much attention due to their advantages of high efficiency, low noise, and non-polluting property. However, there are still many problems that need to be solved urgently, such as the complex water management system, weak medium transport capability, short service lifetime, poor stability, and high catalyst cost. Optimizing the performance of the carbon paper based gas diffusion layer (GDL) has become the key to improve the efficiency and service life time of fuel cells. In this paper, recent research progress on carbon paper-based GDL was reviewed, covering new GDL preparation processes with laser perforation and patterning designs, carbon paper modification with graphene and nanofibers to enhance mechanical strength, electrical conductivity, void uniformity, and graded porous structures, and improvements in water management and mass transfer performance with Teflon hydrophobic agent, with the aim of providing a reference for the future development of PEMFCs.
