| 摘要:在建议范围内,实验室保湿纸保湿性随打浆度升高而提升,低负荷打浆度35 °SR时达保湿性最高值83.8%。鉴于打浆度对湿强度增益有限,引入PAE型湿强剂2 (用量20 kg/t浆),使保湿纸湿抗张指数和湿/干抗张指数比分别提升至5.44 N·m/g和13.6%。添加25%万方乳霜表现出优异锁水性能,保湿性达80.8%。基于实验室成果进行生产调试,优化打浆工艺,将长纤盘磨由单台75 kWh/t调整为2台40 kWh/t串联,匀整磨实际运行功率控制在18 kWh/t,并调整配浆流量与回流量。试产原纸松厚度、干抗张指数(纵/横)、柔软度及横向吸液高度显著提升,接近或达到对标样水平。相应保湿纸的保湿性提升显著,试产样(调1样、调2样)1 h保湿性分别为68.1%和70.8%(基准样46.0%,对标样52.7%),2 h保湿性达65.8%和67.5%(基准样42.2%,对标样50.0%),3 h保湿性达60.1%和63.3%(基准样35.7%,对标样46.6%),均远超基准样与对标样水平。 |
| Abstract:Within the recommended range, the moisturizing-locking performance of lab-grade moisturizing tissue increased with beating degree, reaching a peak value of 83.8% at a low-load beating level of 35 °SR. Since beating degree offered limited gains in wet strength, PAE 2 was introduced (20 kg/t pulp), significantly improving the wet tensile index and wet/dry ratio to 5.44 N·m/g and 13.6%, respectively. Wanfang cream (25% addition ) demonstrated excellent moisture-locking performance, achieving to 80.8%. Based on lab results, production trials were conducted with optimized beating processes: The long-fiber disc refiner configuration was adjusted from a single unit at 75 kWh/t to two 40 kWh/t units in series, the homogenizing refiner power was controlled at 18 kWh/t, and pulp flow rates and recirculation were adjusted. Trial-produced moisturizing base tissue showed significant improvements in bulk, dry tensile index (MD/CD), softness, and transverse liquid absorption height, approaching or reaching benchmark levels. The corresponding moisturizing tissue exhibited substantially enhanced moisturizing-locking performance: Trial—produced moisturizing tissue (trial—1, trial—2) achieved 1 h moisturizing-locking performance of 68.1% and 70.8% (baseline of 46.0%; benchmark of 52.7%), 2 h moisturizing-locking performance of 65.8% and 67.5% (baseline of 42.2%; benchmark of 50.0%), and 3 h moisturizing-locking performance of 60.1% and 63.3% (baseline of 35.7%; benchmark of 46.6%), far exceeding both the baseline and benchmark. |
