| 摘要:本文介绍了国内某硫酸盐制浆厂对黑液蒸发系统进行优化改进的方法，以提高中冷水的回收利用率。改进后，黑液蒸发系统中冷水回用率达100%，纸浆生产用水降低至7.9 m3/Adt，年经济效益高达7 737.93万元。 |
| Abstract:This paper introduced the optimization and improvement method of black liquor evaporation system in a domestic sulfate pulp mill to improve the recycling rate of cold water. After the improvement， the reuse rate of intermediate condensate in the black liquor evaporation system reached 100%， the water used for pulp production was reduced to 7.9 m3/Adt， and the annual economic benefit was as high as 77 379 300 Yuan. |
