摘要:为提高烟用接装纸的上机适应性和印刷质量,分析了平滑度对接装纸上机适应性的影响,探讨了原纸、油墨配方和环境相对湿度对接装纸平滑度的影响。结果表明,原纸平滑度对接装纸平滑度无显著影响,而油墨类型和环境相对湿度影响显著。其中底色墨3可将平滑度从5 022 s降低至1 197 s,在光油1中添加适量的哑粉可使平滑度从5 010 s降低至1 296 s,在光油2中先添加3 kg乙酸乙酯后加入正常配方可将平滑度从5 225 s降低至4 847 s,低湿环境(相对湿度24%)干燥120 min后,平滑度最大降幅达9.49%。此外,在光油1中添加哑粉不影响感官评吸,且能有效解决烟支大小质量问题。
Abstract:Smoothness and influencing factors were studied to improve cigarette tipping papers’ on-machine adaptability and printing quality. The effects of raw paper, ink formulation, and environmental relative humidity on cigarette tipping paper’s smoothness were investigated. The results showed that the smoothness of the original paper did not affect the finished product, while ink type and ambient relative humidity had significant effects. In particular, The use of base ink 3 could reduce the smoothness from 5 022 s to 1 197 s, the addition of an appropriate amount of matte powder in varnish 1 reduced the smoothness from 5 010 s to 1 296 s, the addition of 3 kg of ethyl acetate to varnish 2 first and then added the normal formula reduced the smoothness from 5 225 s to 4 847 s, and the maximum reduction of smoothness after drying for 120 min in an environment with relative humidity of 24% was 9.49%. In addition, adding matte powder to varnish 1 did not affect the sensory evaluation of smoking, and could effectively solve the problem of cigarette size quality.
