摘要:本课题结合某大型化学浆厂的工艺技术来源、工艺流程以及工程设计经验,对大型浆厂的管道设计要点进行了分析。在介绍管道设计基本要求的基础上,详细研究了洗选氧脱工段、漂白工段的管道设计要点,以及管道的支撑设计、应力计算等要求,提出通过强化技术研究、重视设计规划、标准化和模块化设计、兼顾后期维护、借鉴国内外经验等路径,可推动管道设计技术突破与产业升级。
Abstract:This paper discussed the key points of pipeline design for large-scale chemical pulp mills, based on the process technology sources, workflows, and engineering design experience of a certain large-scale chemical pulp mill. Based on an introduction to the fundamental requirements of pipeline design, it provided a detailed analysis of the pipeline design criteria for the oxygen delignification and washing/selection sections, as well as the bleaching section. Additionally, it addressed requirements for pipeline support design and stress calculations. The paper proposed a method that technical breakthroughs and industrial upgrading in pipeline design could be achieved through pathways such as strengthening technological research, emphasizing design planning, implementing standardized and modular design approaches, ensuring maintainability considerations, and leveraging domestic and international experience.
