摘要:纸基摩擦材料的结构和性能本质上受其表面及内部树脂的影响,树脂分布均匀性决定了纸基摩擦材料内部各组分间的相互作用,从而影响整体的理化特性。为实现树脂在纸基摩擦材料中的均匀分布,探究了树脂含量对树脂在纸基摩擦材料Z向(从网面到毯面)分布的影响。结果表明,随着树脂溶液质量分数提高,纸基摩擦材料的树脂含量增加,孔隙率和平均孔径减小。根据纸基摩擦材料中各个组分对X射线吸收程度的差异,测量树脂含量。当树脂含量较低,体积占比为7%左右时,树脂在纸基摩擦材料Z向分布较均匀。随着树脂含量的增加,由于原纸中纤维、填料和孔隙的不均匀分布,造成树脂在纸基摩擦材料Z向分布不均匀,同时纸基摩擦材料的树脂含量两面差增大。当纸基摩擦材料中的树脂含量较高时,树脂进一步占据纸基摩擦材料内部被空气占据的可用空间,导致其内部树脂继续增多,但树脂含量两面差仅0.5%。
Abstract:Structure and properties of paper-based friction materials are essentially affected by their surface and internal resins, and the uniformity of resin distribution determines the interaction among the internal components of paper-based friction materials, thus affecting the overall physico chemical properties. In order to realize the uniform distribution of resin in paper-based friction materials, the effect of resin content on the Z direction distribution (from mesh to blanket) of resin in paper-based friction materials was investigated. The results showed that with the increase of resin solution mass fraction, the resin content of paper-based friction materials increased, and the porosity and average pore size decreased. According to the difference of X-ray absorption degree of each component in paper-based friction material, the resin content was measured. When the resin content was low and the volume proportion was about 7%, the resin was evenly distributed in the Z direction of the paper-based friction material. With the increase of resin content, due to the uneven distribution of fibers, fillers, and pores in the base paper, the Z direction distribution of the resin in the paper-based friction material was uneven, and the two-sided difference of the resin content of the paper-based friction material increased. When the resin content in the paper-based friction material was high, the resin further occupied the available space occupied by air inside the paper-based friction material, resulting in the continuous increase of the resin inside the paper-based friction material, but the difference between the two sides of the resin content was only 0.5%.
