摘要:本研究采用电热恒温电热板烘烤卷烟纸的方法,研究卷烟纸透气度、助燃剂含量(以卷烟纸中柠檬酸根离子的质量分数计)和助燃剂类型3个关键指标对烘烤后卷烟纸透气度和纤维形态的影响,推测卷烟燃烧过程中卷烟纸碳化区域透气度和纤维形态的变化情况,为探讨卷烟纸影响卷烟主流烟气释放的原因提供依据。结果表明,随卷烟纸透气度增大,烘烤后卷烟纸透气度呈线性增大趋势,由19.3~180.2 CU增大到89.2~551.8 CU;纤维长度由0.562~0.661 mm下降到0.339~0.375 mm。随卷烟纸助燃剂含量升高,烘烤后卷烟纸透气度由57.0~59.9 CU逐渐增大到72.7~213.0 CU;纤维长度由0.601 mm下降到0.333~0.387 mm。相同助燃剂含量时,柠檬酸钾卷烟纸烘烤后的透气度比柠檬酸钠卷烟纸高20.3~37.3 CU,纤维长度下降率比柠檬酸钠卷烟纸高0.5~8.6个百分点。
Abstract:Baking cigarette paper on an electric thermostatic hot plate was used to investigate the effects of three key parameters of cigarette paper (air permeability, combustion additive content calculated by the mass fraction of citrate ion, and combustion additive type) on the air permeability and fiber morphology of the baking cigarette paper. It aimed to predict the air permeability and fiber morphology of cigarette paper charred region on burning cigarette, providing evidence that how cigarette paper affects the mainstream smoke delivery of cigarettes. The results showed that baking cigarette paper’s air permeability exhibited a linear increasing trend with an increase of cigarette paper air permeability, rising from 19.3~180.2 CU to 89.2~551.8 CU. Meanwhile, the fiber length decreased from 0.562~0.661 mm to 0.339~0.375 mm. With an increase of combustion additive content in cigarette paper, baking cigarette paper’s air permeability gradually increased from 57.0~59.9 CU to 72.7~213.0 CU, the fiber length decreased from 0.601 mm to 0.333~0.387 mm. At the same combustion additive content, baking cigarette paper’s air permeability and fiber length reduction rate with potassium citrate were 20.3~37.3 CU and 0.5~8.6 percentage points higher than these of sodium citrate cigarette paper.
