| 摘要:本研究以预水解硫酸盐法制备毛竹溶解浆,分析溶解浆聚合度与竹溶解浆性能指标的关联机制,以及酸和活化剂处理对竹溶解浆性能指标的影响。结果表明,在预水解硫酸盐法蒸煮-漂白过程中,竹溶解浆的生产聚合度控制在463左右为宜,此时得到的竹溶解浆灰分、α-纤维素和多戊糖含量分别为0.12%、91.3%和3.29%,反应性能为178 s(9 mL CS2)和98 s(11 mL CS2)的过滤值;进一步将漂白P段替换为A段,竹溶解浆产品灰分含量降低至0.07%,α-纤维素增加至92.6%,多戊糖含量降低至2.62%,产品质量指标显著提升;在此基础上,增加活化剂处理工序能够进一步提高竹溶解浆的反应性能。 |
| Abstract:This study employed the pre-hydrolysis kraft (PHK) process to prepare dissolving pulp from moso bamboo. It analyzed the correlation mechanism between the degree of polymerization (DP) of the dissolving pulp and its performance indicators, as well as the effects of acid and activator treatment on these performance indicators. The results showed that during the PHK cooking-bleaching process, the DP of the bamboo dissolving pulp should be controlled at approximately 463. At this DP, the obtained pulp exhibited an ash content of 0.12%, an α-cellulose content of 91.3%, and a pentosan content of 3.29%, with reactivity filtration times of 178 s (9 mL CS₂) and 98 s (11 mL CS₂). Furthermore, replacing the P (peroxide) bleaching stage with an A (acid) treatment stage reduced the ash content of the bamboo dissolving pulp product to 0.07%, increased the α-cellulose content to 92.6%, and decreased the pentosan content to 2.62%, leading to a significant improvement in product quality indicators. On this basis, the addition of an activator treatment stage further enhanced the reactivity of the bamboo dissolving pulp. |
