摘要:本研究以云南4种特色野生韧皮纤维植物为对象,系统分析了其茎秆的主要化学组分及木质纤维素关键特性。结果表明,4种植物中的纤维素、半纤维素和木质素含量范围分别为25.57%~43.75%、5.36%~16.82%和12.15%~31.71%;分离所得纤维素聚合度范围为880~1 415,半纤维素分子质量范围为43.62~200.73 kDa,且主要以葡萄糖或木糖为糖单元;酸不溶木质素中紫丁香基/愈创木基(S/G)比例范围为0.82~1.54;象腿蕉凭借较低的木质素含量(12.19%),以及较高的综纤维素含量(55.94%)和纤维素含量(43.74%),在4种韧皮纤维植物中最适用于制浆造纸领域,楮次之;拔毒散的木质素含量最高(31.74%),在以木质纤维素为主的生物质精炼领域更具优势;红雾水葛的综纤维素含量最低(32.41%),纤维素含量仅5.38%,且灰分含量(12.96%)和抽出物含量(20.52%)较高,在制浆造纸和以半纤维素为主的生物质转化领域的应用前景较差。
Abstract:This study took four characteristic wild bast fiber plants in Yunnan province as the research objects and systematically analyzed the main chemical composition and key lignocellulosic properties of their stems. The results showed that the content ranges of cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin in the four plants were 25.57% to 43.75%, 5.36% to 16.82%, and 12.15% to 31.71%, respectively. The degree of polymerization (DP) of the isolated cellulose ranged from 880 to 1 415, and the molecular weight of hemicellulose ranged from 43.62 to 200.73 kDa, with glucose or xylose serving as the primary sugar units. The syringyl/guaiacyl (S/G) ratio of acid-insoluble lignin ranged from 0.82 to 1.54. Among the four bast fiber plants, Ensete glaucum exhibited the lowest lignin content (12.19%) coupled with the highest holocellulose content (55.94%) and cellulose content (43.74%), making it the most suitable candidate for the papermaking industry. Broussonetia papyrifera ranked second in applicability. Sida szechuensis Matsuda exhibited the highest lignin content (31.74%) and had a greater advantage in the lignocellulose-based biomass refining industry, while Pouzolzia sanguinea exhibited the lowest holocellulose content (32.41%) and cellulose content (merely 5.38%) among the studied plants. Additionally, it showed relatively high ash content (12.96%) and extractives content (20.52%), indicating limited application potential in both the papermaking industry and the hemicellulose-based biomass conversion sector.
