| 摘要:为评估肉桂木化学制浆的应用潜力,将肉桂木纤维形态、化学组分、硫酸盐法制浆性能与2种常用纤维原料广西桉木、越南相思木进行对比研究。结果表明,肉桂木纤维长度为0.956 mm,显著高于越南相思木和广西桉木,且其长纤维区纤维占比较高;综纤维素含量为75.53%,低于越南相思木和广西桉木;蒸煮后的硫酸盐纸浆黏度为1 061 mL/g,细浆得率为47.59%,抄纸后纸张抗张指数为88.3 N·m/g;肉桂木苯-醇抽出物、二氯甲烷抽出物分别为3.18%、2.29%,相对较高;肉桂木抽出物以低分子质量饱和脂肪酸为主;生产投运试验中树脂棒监测表明,添加肉桂木后会有树脂沉积现象。 |
| Abstract:In order to evaluate the potential of Cinnamomum cassia Presl for kraft pulping applications, this study compared its fiber morphology, chemical composition, and kraft pulping performance with two commonly used fiber raw materials: Eucalyptus from Guangxi and Acacia from Vietnam. The results showed that the fiber length of Cinnamomum cassia Presl was 0.956 mm, which was significantly higher than that of Vietnam Acacia and Guangxi Eucalyptus, and the proportion in the long fiber area was also higher. The content of holocellulose was 75.53%, lower than both Vietnam Acacia and Guangxi Eucalyptus. The viscosity of the kraft pulp after cooking was 1 061 mL/g, with the yield of fine pulp was 47.59%, and the tensile index was 88.3 N·m/g. The benzene-ethanol extractives (3.18%) and dichloromethane extractives (2.29%) of Cinnamomum cassia Presl were relatively high compared to conventional raw materials. The extractives were predominantly composed of low-molecular-weight saturated fatty acids. Mill trial monitoring using resin sticks indicated resin deposition occurred in the production system after adding Cinnamomum cassia Presl. |
