| 摘要:本研究以传统造纸浆料湿重检测架为基础,设计了一种网格状湿重检测架用于造纸法烟草薄片浆料性能评价。通过分析不同孔径湿重架对烟草浆料打浆度和湿重的影响,优选出10目(孔径1.70 mm)网格湿重架用于烟草浆料湿重的检测。结果表明,与传统湿重架相比,10目网格湿重架具有较好的测试稳定性,其中差异检测值由1.66 g增至3.61 g,湿重变异系数降低82%;制浆生产线跟踪检测可知,10目网格湿重架测试湿重时能够较为准确地反映生产线浆料的变化,烟草浆料湿重测试波动范围由传统湿重架测试的±1.02 g扩展至±2.55 g。 |
| Abstract:This study designed a grid-structured wet weight detection framework specifically for such slurry. By testing the effects of different mesh counts on the beating degree, wet weight, and test stability during production line monitoring, 10-mesh (aperture mesh of 1.70 mm) grid wet weight framework for tobacco slurry was identified. The results showed that the 10-mesh grid wet weight framework exhibited strong test stability, with the detected wet weight difference increasing from 1.66 g to 3.61 g, effectively amplifying process variations. The coefficient of variation (CV) for wet weight detection decreased by 82%. Production line tracking tests confirmed that the grid framework accurately reflected changes in slurry properties, with wet weight trends aligning closely with the physical performance of tobacco-based sheets. 10-mesh grid wet weight framework provided enhanced detection sensitivity for production slurry variations, evidenced by tobacco slurry test fluctuations increasing from ±1.02 g (conventional racks) to ±2.55 g. |
