摘要:对目前广泛使用的BOM造纸毛毯的原料和结构、弹性回复性等性能进行了介绍。选取了底网规格不同的3种造纸毛毯进行多次动态往复压缩,对其厚度、透气性、孔隙率等性能进行测试,建立了动态压缩过程中,毛毯持续受力与其在厚度方向形变量间的关系模型,并采用方程y=A(eBx-1)![]() 进行拟合(R2≥0.99)。结果表明,毛毯所受压力和形变间存在很强的非线性关系,可以通过厚度变化表征毛毯的抗压性能。毛毯2#具有较大的A、B值(A=0.025、B=5.960)、较小的压缩变形量(<1.74 mm)和孔隙率(61.2%)及较高的弹性回复性(87.8%),从而表现出较优的抗压性。 |
| Abstract:Raw materials, structure, and properties such as compression and recovery of the currently widely used BOM paper-making felts were introduced. Three types of paper-making felts with different base mesh specifications were selected for multiple dynamic reciprocating compression, their thickness, air permeability, porosity and other performance were tested. A relationship model between the continuous force on the felt and its deformation in the thickness direction during dynamic compression was established, and the model (y=A(eBx-1))was fitted using the equation (R2 ≥ 0.99). The results showed that there was a strong nonlinear relationship between the pressure and deformation of the sample during the dynamic compression resistance process, which could be used to characterize the compressive resistance of the sample. Felt 2# exhibited superior compressive resistance due to its relatively larger A and B values (A = 0.025, B = 5.960), smaller compression deformation (< 1.74 mm) and porosity (61.2%), and higher elastic recovery (87.8%). |
