摘要:基于复卷及后加工纸边处理系统的组成和基本操作单元,对纸边破碎、纸边气力输送、纸边分离、尾气除尘的工艺特点及作用原理进行分析,并对直接进入碎浆机、不切断输送、切断风机输送及真空输送4种气力输送方式及其应用场景进行详细介绍,最后结合造纸企业的工程实例,探讨了不同碎浆机与复卷机配置条件下常见的复卷及后加工纸边处理系统。
Abstract:Based on the composition and basic operation unit of the rewinder and converting process, the characteristics and principle of trim shredding, trim pneumatic conveying, trim separation, and dedusting were analyzed. Four types of pneumatic conveying methods and their application scenarios, namely, direct access to the pulper, non-cutting system, cutting system and vacuum system, were described in detail. Combined with the engineering examples of paper mill, the common rewinder and converting process under different configurations were discussed.
