摘要:本文基于制浆造纸行业国内外防雷技术的差异,分析主动防雷与被动防雷的技术原理、应用场景及成本效益。主动防雷技术通过预判雷云电场实现精准干预,显著降低雷击概率;被动防雷技术基于法拉第笼原理,经济性强但受限于物理特性。未来技术趋势将考虑混合系统(主动与被动结合)与智能化监测,构建兼顾安全性与经济性的防雷体系,为行业可持续发展提供保障。
Abstract:Based on the differences in lightning protection technology in the pulp and paper industry at domestic and international, this article analyzed the technical principles, application scenarios, and cost-effectiveness of active lightning protection and passive lightning protection. Active lightning protection technology achieved precise intervention by predicting lightning cloud electric fields, significantly reducing the probability of lightning strikes. Passive lightning protection technology was based on the Faraday cage principle, which had strong economy but was limited by physical characteristics. The future technology trend would consider hybrid systems (combining active and passive) and intelligent monitoring to build a lightning protection system that balance safety and economy, providing guarantee for the sustainable development of industry.
