摘要:本研究以漂白针叶木浆为原料,通过生物机械法制备纳米纤维素,再将其进行染料分子标记,得到纳米纤维素基染料(ND);此外,探究了ND对纸张的染色性能,分析了ND添加量对纸张色彩值的影响规律,并建立了染色效果预测模型。结果表明,ND直径约10~25 nm,可均匀分散于水相中;浆内染色后的纸张色彩均匀,白水中多余的ND静置15 h后可自然沉降;在ND染色纸张表面垂直施加10 N的力并摩擦1 000次后,纸张的色差值∆E为0.54;建立的染色预测模型R2为0.997,能够精准预测不同添加量对纸张色彩值产生的影响。
Abstract:Nanocellulose-based dye (ND) was prepared by bio-mechanical method using bleached softwood pulp as raw material. The dyeing performance of ND on paper was investigated. Furthermore the influence of ND addition amount on the chromaticity values of paper was analyzed, and a predictive model for dyeing effects was established. The results showed that the prepared ND with a diameter of approximately 10~25 nm and could be uniformly dispersed in water. Paper dyed via internal sizing exhibited uniform color, and ND in the wastewater settled naturally after 15 h of standing. After being rubbed 1 000 times with a 10 N force, the color difference (∆E) of the dyed paper was 0.54. The prediction model achieved the R² of 0.997, enabling it to accurately predict the impact of different additive amounts on the chromaticity values of paper.
