摘要:木质素是由苯丙烷结构单元通过醚键和碳碳键连接而成的生物质高分子,其丰富的含氧官能团使其具有天然的生物活性,如增强植物组织分生能力、促进植物光合作用和提高植物抗逆性等。基于木质素在农林业植物生长调控方面的应用研究进展,本文综述了木质素分子结构及理化特性对植物生长发育的影响,重点讨论了内源和外源木质素对植物生物量、内源激素平衡及基因表达的影响,最后分析了木质素调节植物生长发育面临的挑战和未来的研究方向。
Abstract:Lignin is a biopolymer composed of phenylpropane structural units that connected through ether and carbon-carbon bonds. The abundant oxygen-containing groups in lignin endow it with natural biological activities, such as promoting plant tissue division, enhancing plant photosynthesis, and improving plant stress resistance. Based on the recent advances in the application of lignin for plant growth regulation in agriculture and forestry, this paper reviewed the effects of molecular structure and physicochemical properties of lignin on plant growth and development. The endogenous and exogenous lignin regulating plant biomass, endogenous hormone, and gene expression were critically reviewed. Finally, the challenges and future directions of lignin in regulating plant growth and development were also discussed.
