摘要:本研究采用热水及热水+绿液预处理粉单竹,并结合牛血清白蛋白(BSA)、吐温80等化学助剂对竹纤维进行纤维素酶水解和糖化,探究了预处理条件及化学助剂对竹纤维酶水解效率的影响。结果表明,热水+绿液两段预处理在提高竹纤维酶水解效率上的作用较为明显,当绿液总碱量为14%时,热水+绿液预处理竹纤维酶水解后的总糖转化率达85.51%;添加BSA和吐温80可显著提高竹纤维的可发酵糖得率,二者协同可使酶水解的总糖转化率达99.67%;在热水+绿液预处理和化学助剂辅助作用下,每100 g竹材原料的可发酵性糖产量可达65.88 g。
Abstract:In this study, powdered single bamboo was pretreated with hot water and hot water + green liquor, combined with chemical additives such as bovine serum albumin (BSA) and Tween 80. The bamboo fibers were enzymatic hydrolyzed and saccharified by cellulase, and the effects of pretreatment conditions and chemical additives on the efficiency of enzymatic hydrolysis were investigated. The results showed that the two-step hot water + green liquor pretreatment had a significant effect on improving the enzymatic hydrolysis efficiency of bamboo fibers. When the total alkali content of green liquor was 14%, the total sugar conversion rate after enzymatic hydrolysis of hot water + green liquor pretreated bamboo fibers reached 85.51%. The addition of BSA and Tween 80 significantly increased the yield of fermentable sugars came from bamboo fibers, and the synergistic effect of the two additions could raise the total sugar conversion rate after enzymatic hydrolysis to 99.67%. Under the combined effects of hot water + green liquor pretreatment and chemical additives, the yield of fermentable sugars per 100 g of bamboo raw material could reach 65.88 g.
