摘要:与传统塑料包装材料相比,纸基包装材料的环保性与回收性逐渐受到各行业的广泛关注,尤其在食品包装领域受到消费者的广泛欢迎。但食品接触纸基包装材料也在纸质来源、工艺调整、储存运输过程中存在一定安全风险,对包装内食物存在潜在威胁。本文介绍了纸基包装材料的分类、特性与风险、国内外研究现状,主要综述了纸基包装材料的阻隔性、抗菌性、智能性提升的策略及未来发展趋势。
Abstract:Compared with traditional plastic packaging materials, paper-based packaging materials have gradually attracted widespread attention in various industries in terms of environmental protection and recyclability, especially in the field of food packaging. However, food contact paper-based packaging materials also have certain safety risks in the process of paper source, process adjustment, storage and transportation, and there are potential threats to the food in the package. On the basis of clarifying the risks of paper-based packaging materials, this paper analyzed the specific problems existing in paper-based packaging materials, and tried to improve the barrier, antibacterial and intelligent properties of paper-based packaging materials through material innovation. At the same time, the paper also made a new outlook for its future development.
