| 摘要:系统研究了旧新闻纸(ONP)、旧瓦楞箱纸板(OCC)和混合办公废纸(MOW)3种废纸制浆过程中精筛渣的基本性质,并重点分析了制约精筛渣回收的关键因素——胶黏物的含量、分布及具体化学组分。结果表明,精筛渣中有用纤维含量较高,ONP、OCC、MOW精筛渣中有用纤维含量依次为81.2%、93.5%和78.8%,其中长纤维比例较高,但纤维被大胶黏物缠绕包裹,OCC精筛渣胶黏物含量高达674 100 mm²/kg,显著高于ONP(24 623 mm²/kg)与MOW(146 315 mm²/kg);精筛渣的胶黏物主要为烃类、脂类及芳香族化合物,其中ONP与MOW胶黏物呈现一定的组分趋同性。 |
| Abstract:A systematic study was conducted on the fundamental properties of fine screen rejects from three waste paper pulping processes: ONP, OCC and MOW. The research focused on analyzing the critical factors hindering fine screen rejects recycling, including the content, distribution, and specific chemical composition of stickies. The results revealed that the useful fiber content in fine screen rejects was relatively high, with values of 81.2%, 93.5%, and 78.8% for MOW, ONP, and OCC, respectively. Notably, the proportion of long fibers was significant, but these fibers were entangled and encapsulated by large stickies. The stickies content in OCC-fine screen rejects reached 674 100 mm²/kg, significantly exceeding that in ONP-fine screen rejects (24 623 mm²/kg) and MOW-fine screen rejects (146 315 mm²/kg). The chemical composition of stickies in fine screen rejects primarily consisted of hydrocarbons, lipids, and aromatic compounds, with stickies from ONP and MOW exhibiting certain similarities in composition. |
