| 摘要:本研究以毛竹机械浆为原料,利用低共熔溶剂(DES)进行预处理,探讨不同条件下DES与半纤维素及木质素的相互作用,开发与纯化机械浆适配的预处理条件。通过次氯酸钠和过氧化氢强化的碱处理(H0-EP-H1)工艺进一步漂白预处理竹浆,探究漂白工艺条件对浆料性能的影响。结果表明,适度提高DES预处理温度和时间可以增加木质素和半纤维素的去除率,提高纤维素纯度。然而,过高温度和过长时间会导致DES预处理过程中纤维素分解。通过漂白可进一步脱除木质素和半纤维素,改善浆料性能,所制漂白浆白度90.2%,α-纤维素含量93.47%,灰分0.23%,得率38.1%。 |
| Abstract:This study utilized Moso bamboo mechanical pulp as raw material and employed a deep eutectic solvent (DES) for pretreatment, and investigated the interactions between DES and hemicellulose/lignin under varying conditions to develop and optimize pretreatment parameters suitable for mechanical pulp. The pretreated bamboo pulp was further bleached using an alkali treatment process enhanced with sodium hypochlorite and hydrogen peroxide (H0-EP-H1), investigating the effects of bleaching conditions on pulp properties. The results showed that moderately increasing the temperature and time of DES pretreatment enhanced the removal rates of lignin and hemicellulose while improving cellulose purity. However, excessively high temperatures and prolonged times caused cellulose degradation during DES pretreatment. Bleaching further removed lignin and hemicellulose, improving pulp properties. The final bleached pulp achieved a brightness of 90.2%, α-cellulose content of 93.47%, ash content of 0.23%, and a yield of 38.1%. |
