| 摘要:本研究以预水解玉米秸秆基质化学热磨机械浆(C-CTMP)与OCC浆为原料,通过优化磨浆、配抄及施胶工艺提升瓦楞原纸性能。结果表明,C-CTMP经PFI磨浆5 000 r(打浆度45 °SR)后,纸张裂断长(5.64 km)、耐破指数(2.60 kPa·m²/g)、撕裂指数(5.40 mN·m²/g)和环压指数(8.74 N·m/g)均达到较优水平;当C-CTMP质量配比为40%时,所抄造瓦楞原纸的紧度、裂断长和环压指数分别达0.62 g/cm³、4.25 km和8.24 N·m/g,均显示出良好的机械性能;此外,当烷基烯酮二聚体(AKD)用量为0.25%、干法阳离子淀粉用量为1%(均相对于绝干浆质量)时,瓦楞原纸的紧度、裂断长、环压指数和吸水值Cobb60分别达0.60 g/cm³、4.56 km、8.62 N·m/g和13.00 g/m²,符合GB/T 13023—2008中AAA级优等品要求。 |
| Abstract:This study used pre-hydrolyzed corn stover-based chemi-thermomechanical pulp (C-CTMP) and old corrugated container (OCC) pulp as raw materials, aiming to enhance the properties of corrugated paper by optimizing refining, blending, and sizing processes. The results showed that after C-CTMP was refined with 5 000 r in a PFI mill (reaching a freeness of 45 °SR), the paper achieved optimal mechanical properties, including a breaking length of 5.64 km, burst index of 2.60 kPa·m²/g, tear index of 5.40 mN·m²/g, and ring crush index of 8.74 N·m/g. When C-CTMP mass ratio was 40%, the produced corrugated paper exhibited a density of 0.62 g/cm³, breaking length of 4.25 km, and ring crush index of 8.24 N·m/g, all demonstrating favorable mechanical performance. Furthermore, with the addition of 0.25% alkyl ketene dimer (AKD) and 1% dry cationic starch (both based on oven-dry pulp mass), the corrugated paper achieved a density of 0.60 g/cm³, breaking length of 4.56 km, ring crush index of 8.62 N·m/g, and water absorption Cobb60 value of 13.00 g/m², meeting the requirements for Grade AAA premium products under GB/T 13023—2008. |
