| 摘要:以密蒙花为原料,提取天然密蒙花黄酮色素并制备成黄色卷烟纸。通过热裂解的方式,分析900 ℃下黄色卷烟纸的致香成分;将黄色卷烟纸卷制成烟支,使用普通空白卷烟纸和相同烟丝卷制成空白卷烟,以空白样品烟支为对照进行烟支感官评吸实验,对所开发黄色卷烟产品性能进行研究;在不同储存时间下对卷烟纸的色差进行分析。结果表明,所开发的黄色卷烟纸在高温下具有较高的致香成分含量,黄色卷烟纸烟支相比较空白卷烟纸烟支具有更高的感官性能,黄色卷烟纸的烟支舒适性和余味改善明显;卷烟纸的色差相对稳定,只有少数样品色差值(ΔE)>1.5,出现肉眼可见色差,通过方差分析可知,P≥0.05, 表明每次色差检测在不同处理时间差异不显著。 |
| Abstract:Using the Flos Buddlejae as the raw material, natural flavonoid pigment was extracted for the preparation of yellow cigarette paper. The aromatic components of yellow cigarette paper at 900 ℃ were analyzed by thermal cracking. The yellow cigarette paper was rolled into the cigarette, the blank cigarette paper was rolled into the blank cigarette using the same tobacco blend, the cigarette was used as a control and the sensory evaluation of yellow cigarette was carried out, the performance of the of flavonoid pigments was studied. The color difference of cigarette paper was analyzed under different storage time. The results showed that the yellow cigarette had more aromatic components, and higher sensory performance than the blank yellow cigarette, and the comfort and aftertaste of the yellow cigarette were significantly improved. The color difference of cigarette paper was relatively stable, with only a few samples having a ΔE>1.5, indicating a visible color difference to the naked eye. The analysis of variance indicated that P≥0.05 and therefore no significant differences in different treatment time. |
