摘要:为探究麻浆纸张与木浆纸张透气度差异的成因及机理,本研究选取2种麻浆纤维(亚麻浆与汉麻浆)和2种木浆纤维(阔叶木浆与针叶木浆),分别制备未加填及加填10%碳酸钙的纸张。通过分析打浆前后纤维形态变化、纸张孔隙结构分布及表面形貌,并结合纸张透气度与松厚度等性能指标,探讨纸张透气性差异的影响因素。结果表明,麻浆纸张透气性能均优于木浆纸张。在未加填与加填条件下,透气性能较优的亚麻浆纸张透气度分别为1.04与3.86 μm/(Pa·s);均显著高于阔叶木纸张的0.379与1.10 μm/(Pa·s)。麻浆纸张更疏松的纤维网络结构是其透气性能较好的主要原因,而打浆过程中麻浆纤维分丝帚化程度较木浆纤维更低,导致纤维交织程度相对较低,这可能是二者透气度差异的根本原因。
Abstract:In order to investigate the reason and mechanism for the difference in air permeability between hemp paper and wood paper, different hemp fiber raw materials (flax pulp and hank pulp) and wood fiber raw materials (hardwood pulp and softwood pulp) were used to prepare unfilled and filled with 10% calcium carbonate paper, respectively. Subsequently, the mechanism of the difference in air permeability performance were explored according to the analysis of the changes in the morphology of the fibers before and after beating, the distribution of the pore structures and surface morphology of the paper, in combination with the air permeability and bulkiness of the finished paper. The results showed that hemp pulp paper exhibited superior air permeability compared to wood pulp paper. Under both unfilled and filled with calcium carbonate conditions, flax pulp paper with superior air permeability exhibited values of 1.04 and 3.86 μm/(Pa·s), significantly higher than that of hardwood pulp paper at 0.379 and 1.10 μm/(Pa·s). Furthermore, the main reason why the air permeability of hemp paper was better was that the looser fiber network structure of hemp paper. While the fibrillation degree of hemp fiber was lower than that of wood fiber in the beating process, resulting in the lower interweaving compactness level of hemp fiber, which might be the root cause of the difference in air permeability between hemp paper and wood paper.
