摘要:本文系统分析了制浆造纸行业推进数字化转型与智能制造升级的背景、核心发展趋势及关键实施路径,深入剖析了行业当前面临的挑战及可行的解决方案。基于对行业现状、关键技术、实施策略、潜在风险与未来趋势的综合研判,创新性地提出以数字化交付构建工程项目投资建设期的静态数据中心,并依托数据中台建立生产运营期的动态数据中心,从而实现工程项目全生命周期数据价值链闭环的理念。
Abstract:This paper systematically analyzed the background, core development trends, and key implementation paths for promoting digital transformation and intelligent manufacturing upgrade in the pulp and paper industry. It delved into the challenges currently faced by the industry and proposes feasible solutions. Based on a comprehensive study of the industry’s current situation, key technologies, implementation strategies, potential risks, and future trends, the paper innovatively proposed the concept of establishing a static data center during the project investment and construction phase through digital delivery, and building a dynamic data center for production operations via a data middle office, thereby forming a closed loop of the data value chain throughout the entire lifecycle of engineering projects.
