| 摘要:生活用纸企业的压缩空气系统作为生产过程中的核心动力源,其能耗问题日益突出。本课题以某大型生活用纸企业为例,分析了其压缩空气系统在设备效率、干燥系统配置及智能控制等方面存在的问题。针对这些问题,提出了分级优化方案,包括采用高效永磁变频空压机、零气耗压缩热干燥机、智能控制系统等措施。优化升级后,系统平均比功率由7.9 kW/(m3·min)降至5.6 kW/(m3·min),节能率达29.1%,年节电500.2万kWh,年节约成本350.1万元,节能和经济效益显著。 |
| Abstract:As the core power source in the production process of household paper enterprises, the energy consumption of compressed air systems has become increasingly prominent. This paper took a large household paper enterprise as an example and analyzed the existing problems in its compressed air system, including equipment efficiency, drying system configuration, and intelligent control. In response to these issues, a hierarchical optimization plan had been proposed, including measures such as the adoption of high-efficiency permanent magnet variable frequency air compressors, zero-gas-consumption compression heat dryers, and intelligent control systems. After optimization and upgrading, the average specific power of the system decreased from 7.9 kW/(m3·min) to 5.6 kW/(m3·min), achieving an energy-saving rate of 29.1%. The annual electricity savings reached 5.002 million kWh, generating annual benefits of 3.501 million yuan, with significant energy-saving and economic benefits. |
