| 摘要:本研究以可溶性淀粉与羧甲基纤维素钠(质量比96∶4)为胶黏剂、高岭土为颜料制备了涂料,并用于纸张的表面涂布。当高岭土与胶黏剂的质量比为83∶17、涂料固含量35%、涂布量7.5 g/m2时,制备的涂布纸在550 ℃的加热元件穿过纸张后快速炭化且炭化圈不扩散,平均直径为5.8 mm。未涂布的原纸遇到加热元件后发生阴燃且炭化圈快速扩散,平均孔径>65.0 mm。热重-红外分析表明,热解过程中气相产物得到了有效抑制。由于片层的高岭土在涂布过程中铺展在纸张表面,阻断了氧气和热量传递,有效抑制了纸张的阴燃,从而赋予了纸张优异的高温炭化不扩散性能。 |
| Abstract:In this study, the soluble starch and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose with the mass ratio of 96∶4 was used as adhesives, and the kaolin was acted as pigments. The coating materials were prepared and then used for surface coating of paper. When the mass fraction of kaolin and adhesive was 83∶17, the solid content of coating was 35%, and the coating weight was 7.5 g/m², the coated paper was rapidly carbonized after the heating device with 550 ℃ passed through the paper. The carbonization ring was not spreading, and the average diameter was 5.8 mm. At the same condition, the uncoated paper occurred smoldering, and the charring ring spread rapidly with the average pore diameter >65.0 mm. Thermal gravimetric-infrared analysis showed that the gaseous products were effectively suppressed during pyrolysis. The transition of oxygen and heat were effectively inhibited due to the spread of silicate flakes on paper surface during coating. Consequently, the paper was endowed excellent carbonization and non-diffusion performance at high temperature. |
