摘要:本研究以全息定位转移纸与素面镭射转移纸为研究对象,系统分析了纸张结构特性与刀具参数对折痕质量的影响,并探讨了折痕模槽宽度(1.0~1.7 mm)和刀具宽度(1~3 pt)对折痕宽度、折痕深度以及折痕挺度的影响。结果表明,全息定位转移纸的压缩模量(15 MPa)小于素面镭射转移纸(17 MPa),而横向折痕挺度(约45 mN·m)小于纵向折痕(约56 mN·m),全息定位转移纸纤维较长(平均0.815 mm)、分布疏松,灰分含量较低(5.24%),紧度较低(0.557 g/cm3),赋予其更大的弹性和折痕变形能力。折痕宽度由折痕槽宽度决定,随着刀具宽度和折痕槽宽度增加,折痕深度减小,折痕挺度增加。相对于刀具宽度,折痕槽宽度对折痕质量的影响更大,折痕槽宽度增加70%,纵横向折痕宽度增加约70%,纵横向折痕深度减小约34%,纵横向折痕挺度增加约50%。
Abstract:This study focused on holographic transfer paper and plain laser transfer paper as the research objects. It systematically analyzed the influence of paper structure characteristics and tool parameters on crease quality, and explored the effects of crease groove width (1.0~1.7 mm) and tool width (1~3 pt) on crease width, crease depth, and crease stiffness. The result showed that the compressive modulus of holographic positioning transfer paper (15 MPa) was lower than that of plain laser transfer paper (17 MPa), and its crease stiffness (transverse of 45 mN·m, longitudinal of 56 mN·m) was also lower than that of plain laser transfer paper. This was because holographic positioning transfer paper has longer fibers (average 0.815 mm), a looser distribution, lower ash content (5.24%), and lower density (0.557 g/cm3), which endow it with greater elasticity and crease deformation capability. The width of the crease was determined by the width of the crease groove. As the width of the tool and the crease groove increased, the depth of the crease decreased and the stiffness of the crease increased. Compared with the width of the tool, the width of the crease groove had a greater impact on the quality of the crease. When the width of the crease groove increased by 70%, the width of the longitudinal and transverse creases increased by approximately 70%, the depth of the longitudinal and transverse creases decreased by about 34%, and the stiffness of the longitudinal and transverse creases increased by about 50%.
