| 摘要:本文根据多个制浆生产线置换间歇蒸煮供料系统的设计经验，结合制浆厂蒸煮车间的生产实践，对供料系统的工艺设备布置现状、装锅方式、料位开关的选型等方面进行了探讨，对其智能化改造难点进行了分析，并提出相应的智能化升级策略，以期为制浆厂蒸煮工段智能化生产提供有益的参考。 |
| Abstract:Based on the design experience from multiple feeding systems for displacement batch digesters in pulp production lines and incorporating practical insights from mill operations， this paper explored the current process equipment arrangement， filling methods， and selection of level switches in feeding systems. It analyzed the challenges associated with the intelligent transformation of these systems and proposed corresponding intelligent upgrade strategies， aimed to provide valuable references for achieving intelligent production in the cooking section of pulp mills. |
