摘要:本研究以慈竹为原料,探究了蒸煮工艺对木质素溶出和纤维形态变化的影响。在硫酸盐法制浆过程中,随着用碱量、最高蒸煮温度和保温时间的增加以及硫化度的提升,慈竹的脱木质素效果得到提升,纤维形态得到优化。在用碱量18%(以NaOH计)、最高蒸煮温度160 ℃、保温时间120 min、硫化度25%条件下,竹浆得率49.2%、卡伯值17.7,纤维长度和宽度分别为1.620 mm和20.60 μm,细小纤维含量为2.6%,卷曲指数为5.7%,竹浆纤维的结晶度指数为66.4%。此外,用碱量增加使卡伯值降低的程度为1.10/%,最高蒸煮温度增加使卡伯值降低的程度为0.35/℃,保温时间增加使卡伯值降低的程度为0.11/min,硫化度增加使卡伯值降低的程度为0.41/%,卡伯值对用碱量比较敏感,对保温时间相对不敏感,即可以通过提高用碱量、降低保温时间,进一步提升木质素的脱除效果。强化蒸煮条件,会轻微降低竹浆纤维的长度和宽度、增加纤维的卷曲指数。
Abstract:This study used Neosinocalamus affinis as the raw material to investigate the effect of pulping conditions on lignin dissolution and fiber morphological evolution. During the process of sulfate pulping, with the increase of alkali dosage, maximum cooking temperature, and time at the maximum temperature as well as sulfidity effect of Neosinocalamus affinis was improved, the remove effect of lignin was enhanced, and the fiber morphology was optimized. Under the condition of alkali dosage of 18% (based on NaOH measurement), maximum cooking temperature of 160 ℃, time at the maximum temperature of 120 min, and sulfidity of 25%, with the resulting bamboo pulp exhibited a yield of 49.2%,Kappa value of 17.7, fiber length and width of 1.620 mm and 20.60 μm, respectively, with a content of fine fibers of 2.6%, curling index of 5.7%, and the crystallinity index of 66.4%. In addition, the increase in alkali dosage decreased the Kappa value by 1.10/%, the increase in the maximum cooking temperature decreased the Kappa value by 0.35/℃, the increase in the time at the maximum temperature decreased the Kappa value by 0.11/min, and the increase in sulfidity decreased the Kappa value by 0.41/%, the Kappa value was relatively sensitive to the alkali dosage, but relatively insensitive to the time at the maximum temperature. The removal effect of lignin could be enhanced by increasing the alkli dosase and reducing the time at the maximum temperature. Under strengthened cooking condition, the fiber length and width decreased slightly, whereas the fiber curl index increased.
