| 摘要:针对慈竹制浆过程中打浆能耗大、打浆效果差等问题,对慈竹化机浆和化学浆的酶促打浆工艺中的复合酶制剂进行研究,以提升慈竹打浆效果,降低打浆能耗。本研究开发了适用于慈竹化机浆的复合酶制剂(20 U/g木聚糖酶、35 U/g甘露聚糖酶、10 U/g裂解多糖单加氧酶)和适用于慈竹化学浆的复合酶制剂(20 U/g木聚糖酶、20 U/g阿魏酸酯酶、4 U/g裂解多糖单加氧酶)。经过复合酶制剂处理,慈竹化机浆和化学浆的打浆度分别提高16.0%和11.9%,打浆能耗分别降低26.1%和20.6%。同时,慈竹化机浆浆张的抗张指数和耐破指数分别提高了20.9%和13.6%,慈竹化学浆浆张的抗张指数和耐破指数分别提高了5.7%和1.3%。此外,复合酶制剂处理后慈竹纤维的扭结指数、保水值和分丝帚化程度均有所增加。 |
| Abstract:To address the issues of high beating energy consumption and poor beating performance in the pulping process of Neosinocalamus (N.) affinis, this study focused on the research of composite enzyme preparations for enzymatic beating process of N.affinis chemimechanical pulp and chemical pulp, aiming to enhance the beating performance and reduce beating energy consumption. Ultimately, composite enzyme suitable for N.affinis chemimechamical pulp and chemical pulp were developed. The composite enzyme for chemimechanical pulp consisted of 20 U/g xylanase, 35 U/g mannanase, and 10 U/g lytic polysaccharide monooxygenase (LPMO), while that for chemical pulp consisted of 20 U/g xylanase, 20 U/g ferulic acid esterase, and 4 U/g LPMO. After treatment with the composite enzyme, the beating degree of N.affinis chemimechanical pulp and chemical pulp increased by 16.0% and 11.9%, respectively, and the beating energy consumption decreased by 26.1% and 20.6%, respectively. Furthermore, the tensile index and burst index of paper made from N.affinis chemimechanical pulp and chemical pulp were significantly improved, specifically, the tensile index and burst index of chemimechanical pulp paper increased by 20.9% and 13.6%, respectively, while those of chemical pulp paper increased by 5.7% and 1.3%, respectively. It was found that the kink index, water retention value, and fibrillation degree of N.affinis fibers increased after enzyme treatment. |
