摘要:本研究以玉米秸秆为原料,利用乙酸/甲酸/水体系对其进行全组分分离。结果表明,在乙酸/甲酸/水溶剂配比为3∶6∶1(体积比)、反应温度和反应时间分别为130 ℃和3 h的温和条件下,半纤维素、有机溶剂木质素(OL)和粗纤维素的产率分别为14.95%、10.30%和52.90%,OL和粗纤维素的纯度分别为95.55%和40.96%。机理分析表明,乙酸/甲酸能够有效裂解木质素与半纤维素间的化学键,促进木质素自身β-O-4键断裂,提高OL在有机酸体系中的溶解度。另外,得到的OL和粗纤维素组分可以作为下游制备生物基化学品的高品质原料。
Abstract:This study employed corn stalk as feedstock and achieved its complete components separation through an efficient and sustainable acetic acid/formic acid/water system. The results showed that under mild conditions of acetic acid/formic acid/water ration of 3∶6∶1(volume ratio), reaction temperature and reaction time of 130 ℃ and 3 h, respectively, the yields of hemicellulose, organosolv lignin (OL), and crude cellulose were 14.95%, 10.30%, and 52.90%, respectively. The purities of OL and crude cellulose were 95.55% and 40.96%, respectively. Mechanistic analysis revealed that acetic acid/formic acid could effectively cleave the chemical bond between lignin and hemicellulose, promote the β-O-4 bond breakage of lignin, and improve the solubility of OL in organic acid system. Additionally, the obtained high-purity OL and crude cellulose could serve as high-quality raw materials for downstream bio-based chemical production.
