摘要:以环氧大豆油(ESO)为原料,10-十一烯酸(UA)为扩链剂,在无溶剂、无催化剂条件下进行自催化反应,以制备ESO基“树枝状”多烯聚合物(SUA)。探讨了羧基与环氧基团物质的量比、反应温度、反应时间对SUA支化程度及流变学行为的影响。结果表明,SUA的支化程度和流变性能可调,支化程度随羧基与环氧基团物质的量比、反应温度和反应时间的增加逐渐提高;黏度随反应温度和反应时间的增加逐渐升高,随羧基与环氧基团物质的量比增加呈先升高后降低趋势;当羧基与环氧基团物质的量比为1∶1、反应温度和时间分别为170 ℃和8 h时,获得的SUA黏度最高,为5.56 Pa·s。该SUA具有良好流变性能,且制备过程绿色环保,具备成为新型绿色润滑剂的潜力。
Abstract:Using epoxy soybean oil (ESO) as the raw material and 10-undecenoic acid (UA) as the chain extender, a self-catalytic reaction was carried out under solvent-free and catalyst-free conditions to prepare ESO-based “dendritic” polyene polymer (SUA). The effects of the molar ratio of carboxyl to epoxy groups, reaction temperature, and reaction time on the degree of branching and rheological behavior of the SUA were investigated. The results showed that the degree of branching and rheological properties of SUA could be adjusted. The branching degree gradually increased with the increase of the molar ratio of carboxyl groups to epoxy groups, reaction temperature, and reaction time. The viscosity gradually increased with the increase of reaction temperature and reaction time. It showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing with the increase of the molar ratio of carboxyl groups to epoxy groups. When the molar ratio of carboxyl groups to epoxy groups was 1∶1, the reaction temperature and time were 170 ℃ and 8 h, respectively, the viscosity of the obtained SUA was the highest of 5.56 Pa·s. This SUA had good lubricity and rheological properties, and the preparation process was environmentally friendly, which had the potential to become a new type of green lubricant.
