| 摘要:为开发用于消防服热防护的新型隔热层材料,本研究先用N, N-二甲基乙酰胺溶解芳砜纶(PSA)纤维,再以水/乙醇为非溶剂,利用非溶剂致相分离(NIPS)技术制备了轻质柔软、高阻燃隔热的柔性PSA多孔膜,并通过改变相分离条件实现了对PSA膜孔隙结构与隔热性能的精准调控。结果表明,当非溶剂中的乙醇比例为80%时,PSA膜具有最低孔隙率(67.5%)和最小平均孔径(100.0 nm),拉伸强度达13.4 MPa,热导率低至0.025 W/(m·K),展现出优异的柔韧性和热稳定性,在高温加热条件下具有良好的热防护性能。 |
| Abstract:To develop a new type of insulating layer material for thermal protection in firefighting clothing, this study first dissolved polyphenylsulfone (PSA) fibers in N, N-dimethylacetamide, then used a water/ethanol mixture as a nonsolvent to prepare lightweight, soft, highly flame-retardant, and thermally insulating flexible PSA porous films via the nonsolvent-induced phase separation (NIPS) technique. The pore structure and thermal insulation properties of the films were precisely controlled by varying the phase separation conditions. The results showed that when the ethanol proportion in the nonsolvent was 80%, the PSA film had the lowest porosity (67.5%) and the smallest average pore size (100.0 nm), with a tensile strength of 13.4 MPa, a thermal conductivity as low as 0.025 W/(m·K), and exhibited excellent flexibility and thermal stability, providing effective thermal protection under high-temperature heating conditions. |
